TBH: Task Bar Hero Steam Market Guide: Sell Gear, Scrolls and Materials in Bulk

Open the TBH: Task Bar Hero Multisell builder →

Summary: TBH: Task Bar Hero is a free-to-play idle RPG released on Steam on May 27, 2026, and its store page lists "Items freely tradeable on the Steam Market" as a feature. On the Market, gear carries its rarity in its name, and items that Steam marks as commodities can be listed together on Steam's Multisell page. Sales carry Steam's 5% Steam Transaction Fee and the proceeds go to the Steam Wallet.

TBH: Task Bar Hero is a free-to-play idle RPG from Nugem Studio and Tesseract Studio, released on Steam on May 27, 2026. It runs in a small window on your taskbar while your pixel heroes "automatically gather loot and grow stronger on their own", according to its Steam store page.

The same store page lists "Items freely tradeable on the Steam Market" as a key feature, and that loot piles up fast in an idle game. This guide explains how TBH items appear on the Steam Community Market, which ones you can list in bulk, and how to sell a full inventory with Steam's Multisell page instead of one item at a time.

The TBH market on Steam

TBH's items are on the Steam Community Market under app 3678970. You can browse them at steamcommunity.com/market/search?appid=3678970. When we checked in October 2026, the market showed a little over 1,000 different items.

The most-listed items we sampled were all commodities. Steam's Market FAQ describes a commodity as an item where "all the items are identical, and can be traded interchangeably". Each one has a single Market page with one set of buy orders, and Steam's Multisell page can list many commodities at once.

How TBH items are named

The store page says the game has "500+ unique items" and a loot system "with rarities ranging from Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Legendary, all the way up to Immortal, Arcana, Beyond, Celestial, Divine, and Cosmic". On the Market, gear carries its rarity in its name, plus a letter at the end:

  • Ethereal Bracer (Arcana) A
  • Eternal Scepter (Celestial) C
  • Dimensional Helmet (Beyond) A

Every combination of base item, rarity and letter is a separate Market item with its own page and price. "Ethereal Ring (Arcana) A" and "Ethereal Ring (Immortal) A" are different listings, and so are the same piece with an A and a C. Check the full name before you price anything. The builder shows each one as its own row.

Steam also shows each item's type on the Market. The listings we sampled included types such as "Bracer - Lv. 80", "Orb - Lv. 15", "Inscription Material", "Offering Material", "Engraving Material" and "Soulstone".

How to sell TBH items in bulk

  1. Make sure your account can use the Market. Steam's rules apply to free games too: you need a qualifying purchase and Steam Guard enabled for 15 days, among other requirements. See Steam Market selling requirements.
  2. Set your inventory to public (guide).
  3. Open the TBH builder, paste your Steam profile URL, custom URL name or SteamID64, and click Load inventory.
  4. Choose the items and quantities. Materials and scrolls usually come in stacks, and the builder shows how many you own.
  5. Open the Multisell link while signed in to Steam. Steam's Multisell page opens with your items filled in.
  6. Price, submit and confirm the listings, in the Steam Mobile App if you use the authenticator.

Batching a TBH inventory

  • Materials and scrolls first. Stacks of inscription scrolls, coins and crafting materials are the easiest to clear because many identical copies trade on the same page.
  • Group gear by rarity. Prices of Common or Rare gear and Celestial, Divine or Cosmic gear are usually far apart. Batching by rarity makes a mispriced item easier to spot.
  • Price high-rarity pieces individually. Open the Market page and check the current listings before you include them.
  • Watch the cheapest items. Steam's 5% transaction fee has a $0.01 minimum, so below about $0.20 the minimum takes more than 5% of the price.

Pricing with buy orders

Commodities sell through buy orders. The Market FAQ notes that buy orders show "what other users are willing to pay for an item, and you can choose if you want to do a lower price to sell immediately; or go for a higher price and wait". For materials you want gone, match the top buy order. For rare gear, list higher and give it time.

Fees

Steam's Market FAQ lists the Steam Transaction Fee of 5% (minimum $0.01). It lists separate game fees only for Counter-Strike 2, Team Fortress 2, Dota 2 and Artifact, and TBH isn't one of them. The fee is added on top of your price, so you keep about 95% of what the buyer pays. To total up an inventory after fees, see the Steam inventory value guide.

Holds, locks and the wallet cap

  • Market hold. Without the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator for at least 7 days, listings can be held for up to 15 days before they appear (Holds FAQ).
  • Recently bought items aren't tradable or marketable until the date shown on the item (Restrictions FAQ).
  • Wallet cap. Sales go to your Steam Wallet, which Steam caps at $2000. You can't create a listing that would take you over, and wallet funds can't be withdrawn.

More detail is in Steam Market fees, trade holds and restrictions explained.

Common problems

  • An item isn't in the builder. It may be locked after a purchase, or it isn't a commodity.
  • The inventory won't load. Set your profile and inventory to public and retry after a minute.
  • The wrong version sold. The rarity and letter are part of the name. Double-check them on the Multisell page before you submit.

Open the TBH: Task Bar Hero Multisell builder, load your public inventory and list your scrolls, materials and gear in one batch.
